Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist prescriber, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and factors outside our control.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines under UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. If a product is received damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
